INspiration offers a 1 year limited warranty, to the original purchaser, against manufacturer defects.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt.
If you believe you are experiencing a manufacturer defect within 1 year from taking possession of your new furniture. Please use the link below to submit a claim.
Our service department responds to all valid claims within 7 business working days.
INspiration Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business and want to be sure you are 100% satisfied with your new furniture. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 3 business days of receiving your new furniture.
No exchanges will be allowed after 3 business days of receiving your new furniture. You may not exchange more than once.
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.
All merchandise must be exchanged by INspiration personnel to ensure that we receive it back in original condition.
In addition to a flat rate exchange fee of $175, you will be charged a handling fee equal to 10% of the price of the merchandise that you choose to exchange.
INspiration does not accept exchanges on Sale-Priced Items, As-Is Merchandise, Floor Models, Mattresses or Custom Special Orders.
All invoices financed through Wells Fargo Bank must be delivered and/or picked up within 120 days of the original purchase, and are not be eligible for exchange, cancellation, or return.
