INspiration offers a 1 year limited warranty, to the original purchaser, against manufacturer defects.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt.

If you believe you are experiencing a manufacturer defect within 1 year from taking possession of your new furniture, please email concierge@inspirationinteriors.com with the following information.

• Original Invoice Number
• 3 photos of the issue:
• 1 photo of the item
• 1 close up photo or video of the issue
• 1 “room” photo including the items surroundings

• A brief description of the issue
• The date you became aware of the issue
• The best method for us to contact you (phone call, email, text)

You will be contacted via phone or email within 7 business days to discuss possible resolutions.
